Two levels of IMAGE Player’s Club rewards. Club level reviewed June and December. Qualify for Sapphire with 100,000 earned points on previous 12 months of play or 5000 earned points per trip with a minimum of 3 trips in past 6 months. One earned point for every $1 played on slots and one earned point on every $2 played on video poker. 500 points = $5. Table points and club level based on avg. wager & time played.

IMAGE Player’s Club Rules
- All members must be 21 years of age or older.
- Photo ID required on all transactions and for player security.
- A minimum of 500 points required for redemption.
- Card usage, benefits, points and comps are non-transferable.
- Accounts may be deleted after 6 months inactivity.
- Inactivity may result in forfeiture of all benefits.
- Cards may be used only in compliance with official rules of club and casino.
- Management reserves the right to make any point adjustments resulting from malfunction, operator error, and fraudulent use of card.
- Management reserves the right to terminate or modify the rules, benefits or conditions of club.
- Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the IMAGE Player’s Club. IMAGE card remains the property of Jumer’s Casino & Hotel and must be returned upon request.
