BANQUET BARTENDER

Ensuring excellent guest service in a timely manner and providing a consistent quality product.  Assist the cocktail waitresses to ensure a fun and an exceptional experience during guest visits.

BLUE SQUARE CASHIER

To ensure excellent guest service in a timely manner, consistent quality products and a fun dining experience. Responsible for recording all guest transactions in the point of sales. 

BLUE SQUARE MANAGER

The Blue Square Manager assures a smooth, efficient and financially sound operation of Blue Square restaurant.  Ability to lead the front of the house team effort with effective communication and professionalism to ensure the highest standards of quality and guest service.  Understand and execute the financial objectives of the operation to include beverage and labor costs.  Be able to interact with other departments to ensure the goals of the organization are achieved. 

BLUE SQUARE SERVER

To ensure excellent guest service in a timely manner, consistent quality products and a fun dining experience.  Responsible for taking guests drink orders, clearing tables and resetting tables.  Keep wait stations clean and organized or any other duties needed or assigned.

BUYER

Part-time assistant to the purchasing manager in the administration of the purchasing department by procuring goods and services for the operation of the facility. 

COCKTAIL SERVER

Ensure excellent guest service in a timely manner, consistent quality beverage products, and a favorable/fun gaming experience. 

COOK LEVEL 2

To ensure excellent guest service in a timely manner, consistent quality products and a fun dining experience.  Responsible for sanitary food handling and preparing menu items, clean up of prep area or any other duties needed or assigned. 

COUNT TEAM MEMBER

Performs the drop and count of all gaming and non-gaming revenues.

DEALER

Conduct table games with customer according to casino policies and procedures. 

DELI ATTENDANT
